Private Caregiver Services
The VNA’s Care Connection provides flexible, personally designed services for elders and other individuals who need assistance with daily care or other support to remain safely at home – or anywhere they call home.
Our Staff
Care is provided by highly skilled and trained home care providers, licensed nurse assistants and nurses or other professionals, depending upon our client’s specific needs. Our staff is carefully screened and receive additional specialized training once hired. We work with each client to find the VNA caregiver(s) that will be the best match with their needs and preferences.
Our Program Offerings

- Personal care assistance
- Bathing and dressing
- Feeding
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping
- Laundry
- Transportation for errands, shopping, medical appointments and social engagements
- Companionship and socialization
- Respite care to provide a break for another caregiver
- Medication management
Your Care Connection services also include a registered nurse who will develop a personalized plan of care and supervise your caregiver. The registered nurse will also make periodic nursing assessments to review and revise the plan of care as necessary.
